I applied to use their YELP BUSINESS APP, as a paid service provider,where you pay and they in turn send customers to you. It like a "lead generation" or they charge you a pay per click program,..

now they gave me a great incentive to join.. the first months fee of $350 will be applied to your account, and after this, you pay monthly. Shortly after,.. they doubled this,.

And I got $700 for 2 months ... Long story short,.. I do BATHTUB REFINISHING,. The kept sending me leads for floor Refinishing, cabinet Refinishing,.

And charged me full price . .Ive called many times about them constantly sending me leads, and charging me over $10per click,.. but they never adjusted my account for all the bad leads,. And bogus charges..

I just wish they would send me the proper customers for the service I provide...just because im a bathtub refinisher,.. DONT Mean I DO FLOORS , AND CABINETS, AND CONCRETE.. now that they have exhausted my budget,. They no longer answer my calls..

I've called multiple times I'm the beginning, and spoke immediately to someone, now , my number must be flagged, and nobody answers Anymore,.. I've waited on hold for well over an hour,.. not once, but twice,.. and soon realized my number is flagged...

I just want someone in Yelp business to look at my account and reimburse me for all the bad leads I was charged for.. I even broke it down for them..

I was sent about 78 "leads, 35 actually said bathroom fixture restoration (btw is the closest category for bathtub Refinishing they have )..

so I would like to be reimbursed for the other 43 bogus charges I was charged...please if you can help with this, and have a way i can speak with the company now that my number is flagged,.. this would help immensely.

I wanted to link my business account to my Yelp personnal account but couldn't, so I claimed my business with a new email adress (helen.barenton@***.com). Problem is : my business information are on google and everywhere else with my email address used for my Yelp personnal account.

So I wanted to change it to mirror the right information (my business should be registered with my email helen.barenton@***.com), but failed as Yelp considers the email address is already used. So I deleted my personnal account to be able to amend my Yelp for business account with my google email address, but still, it says the helen.barenton@***.com is already used!

RGPD regulation says a customer can ask for his data to be erased from any database, so please, I ask you to delete all the data you have gathered linked with my helen.barenton@***.com email so that I can link it to my business account, OR if you can do it from your side, I would be glad you do it for me. As an additional porblem, I a waiting for weeks for a moderator to approve my business. could you please have a look at it and revert to me ?

We have had 41 of our 5 star reviews being taken down. I understand you all have system that filters unauthentic reviews, which is great, but you all are removing MANY of our authentic reviews that dramatically affect our overall score.

We are a small local business and work very hard to provide excellent service and give guest's an experience they want to rave about, and they have been, but you all keep removing them and it is affecting how we are viewed by our community. This is severely upsetting as we have worked very hard and feel as if this is unfair. Can we see specifically why these reviews are being taken down, we would appreciate an explanation for each one.

It is absolutely absurd the quantity and I want to make sure there is a legit explanation for each one, I feel it is only fair.
