I signed up for a promotional 30 day trial of ad-clicks. It was unclear what I was getting - I thought it was $300 worth of ad clicks for free, and then needed to cancel after a month.

Since I received no notification from Yelp, nor any leads generated by the promotion, I forgot about it, until I got charged $98 for ad click usage! Yelp refused to issue a refund; I am current;y disputing the charge with my bank. Yelp is not user-friendly, has terrible customer service, and bad policy regarding refunds.

I recommend that if you use Yelp, you look at all the details and understand that you are completely on your own as to managing whatever package you purchase. Yelp is not set up to assist in any way.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
