I signed up to advertise with Yelp for a one month promo and then never received another word but got was billed $700!?!
Customer service did nothing to help rectify the situation. Never received one email from them about our ad continuing or the new billing.
I NEVER would have signed up to such an expensive monthly program. (In fact BEWARE they have the acct.
contact info UNCHECKED to receive emails about billing or monthly notifications - you have to manually go in to click those boxes to receive standard invoicing notifications!?) All I received was 'this is what you signed up for' but obviously the terms were not clearly stated (otherwise I would not have moved forward with the promo). Very frustrated and disappointed.
