Stop selling Fraudulent Products. That were to be delivered in 3 Days ordered December 28,2024.

Received 2 weeks later.

Kept emailing company no response. Paid thru Shop before receiving item and it took 2 weeks and incorrect products

Tired to cancel you guys never answers now you guys charged the last of my money and I cant afford to pay for something that does not benefit me as well

It is clear, to me at least: Yelp is only trying to sell ads and steal your money.

It is very strange, but if you don't buy any ad, you start receiving bad reviews.

But what is really weird these reviews come from accounts with one review only (yours!), and located in San Francisco, although your business is not based there.

So so strange... LOL

If phone drop calls. Please call back!

The agent need to ask for the individuals phone in case we disconnected, and therefore the Yelp agent can call the person back immediately to resolve their issue.

False ratings and awful experience with everyone who tried selling me on there bs. Lawsuit will be issued if this doesn't get resolved. I swear on my life.

Why don't you help your customers? You're a piece of *** company that I would avoid at all costs. why don't you just end yourselves?

Guy told me to go to another page. Another website to figure it out gave me no help at all, so if you call this place, you aren't gonna get any help.

Because yall keep requesting money from me and I never used your service and no one never showed me or helped me understand how to run it and I was lied to a

bout your service so I cancaled the service .plus I was never given the proper explanation to ow to operate the service and so at the very beginning I was told that no money would be with drawn out my account if you're serves didn't help me out and so stop requesting money from my account cuz it's no right or fair that am being charged for something that I have no salvage of using

Unfortunately Yelp customer Service number wouldn’t allow me to ask for help with a very difficult yelp listed business. I paid for help from a Yelp listed business, who then left me hanging.

The owner did not follow up on his own suggestion. He refused to help, so i made a very specific review citing my experience with him. When he read my review he called me & was exceptionally insistent that i remove my review promising to follow through with his own suggestion. He also threatened me with making my life very difficult if i did not remove my review.

BUT while still on the phone with him, AFTER i removed my accurate review he again did NOT follow through as he said he would. I have tried calling Yelp with this serious threat as i would think Yelp would want to know about such an occurrence, Yelp has not given me a chance to tell them about this frightening threat. So my only recourse is to write about what occurred here & to later contact the local police. This Yelp site obviously does not respect anyone having difficulty with a yelp business as it won’t allow me to copy my own words.

I’m having to type each word by looking at this window. Yelp’s site won’t allow the normal simple way of simply highlighting my words, & then using command C to make an easy copy of my words.

I have copied my words here for my own record & to submit for help. This site does not appear to be a yelp help site, but it came up in the process of doing my best to try to get help from yelp.

I am waiting for them. It's quick to expect a reply.

Hence, i will give them a week to respond back. If they don't, i will again request them to consider moving fast to cancel my yelp ad.
